Biography

Dave Cubeta is a Director with RA Capital. He has been with the firm for over ten years. In addition to execution of client engagements, Mr. Cubeta leads the firm’s professional standards as well as recruiting efforts.

Prior to joining RA Capital, Mr. Cubeta was an auditor specializing in financial services and real estate clients with PwC in Boston and subsequently worked for a regional valuation firm specializing in private-company valuations. Mr. Cubeta has also taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels of San Diego State University and is the youngest lecturer to have taught in the MBA program.

Mr. Cubeta graduated with honors from Boston College where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. Following, Mr. Cubeta received a Masters of Accounting degree from San Diego State University. Mr. Cubeta is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts, and a FINRA-registered securities representative.
