Biography

Dave Cubeta is a Managing Director with RA Capital. In addition to sourcing and execution of client engagements, Dave leads the firm’s professional standards as well as recruiting efforts.

Prior to joining RA Capital, Dave was an auditor specializing in financial services and real estate clients with PwC in Boston and subsequently worked for a regional valuation firm specializing in private-company valuations. Dave has also taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels of San Diego State University and is the youngest lecturer to have taught in the MBA program.

Dave graduated with honors from Boston College where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. Following, Dave received a Masters of Accounting degree from San Diego State University. Dave Cubeta is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts, and a FINRA-registered securities representative.
