The RA Capital Advisors team posses the transactional and operational experience to address our clients' needs.

The team is directed by the principals, Joel Reed and James Zehentbauer. The principals have substantial expertise in change of control transactions, financings and significant experience as senior corporate executives and board members. RA Capital's directors have major-bracket investment banking experience, CPA, advisory and successful company turn-around and growth expertise.
